United StatesReplaced my wood-color Body Glove paddles with these redesigned GILI Paddles which are much wider. And now I can go much faster on the water! Also the GILI Paddles are ever so slightly "V" shaped with the sides trailing to the rear which gives them a more effortless super smooth stroke. Thanks GILI !

United StatesThis is not a review on the aluminum paddle and is instead on Gili's excellent customer service. I ordered the paddle thinking it was the right length for me, but it turned out to be longer than what I needed. I also had an issue with the connection between 2 pieces. I contacted Gili and customer support sent me a new paddle and upgraded it to the fiberglass paddle. This 2nd paddle had no issues with connecting the pieces, and I was able to cut the middle shaft so that the assembled paddle would be the shorter length that I needed. It was good to know that Gili stands behind their products and will work with customers to help them get what they need.
